The Cessna 172 Skyhawk is a wing with four seats, single engine, high wing fixed. For the first time in 1955 and piloted in the production, plus Cessna 172S were built than any other plane.
Measured by its longevity and popularity, the Cessna 172 of the most successful mass produced light aircraft in history. The first models were delivered in 1956 and are still in production. The Cessna 172 began as a tricycle landing gear version of Cessna 170 taildragger with a basic level of standard equipment.
